We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in Wisconsin. The scope of services, pricing, and terms of service will be outlined in individual agreements with each client. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Booking and Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, staff shortages, emergencies).

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

5. Liability & Damages

  • While we take utmost care in handling your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed prior to service.

  • Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items before service.

  • In case of accidental damage caused by our staff, we will assess and address the matter in good faith.

  • Our cleaners follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning products.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed hazardous.
